At Skills and InsightsSM, one of our core competencies as a business is building long term working relationships with clients. I have been in the role of professional trainer, developer and consultant for 24 years. My main focus has always been in the areas of leadership, human relations and team productivity.
Skills and InsightsSM was formed with a purpose: Help our clients see a much bigger return on the investment made in their employees. What makes us more effective than other professional development organizations is simple. The method we use to introduce skills and engage participants in their application, is the difference. With adult learners it is both the knowledge and the application of it that determines the level of improvement. It’s also the application of what is learned that determines if any return is seen on the investment made. We provide followup on a regular basis to reinforce learning for our clients. Because as the old saying goes, "If you don't use it, you lose it".
